In 2021, Simon Beale + Associates designed and supervised the complete refurbishment and re-fitting of the Telus International office building in Ballina, Co Mayo.
This stylish and modern look was achieved through the combined creativity and experience of our design team.
We successfully delivered the full office renovation of the building in Ballina, transforming the space into a modern, efficient, and high-performing working environment. The project involved a complete internal reconfiguration, including structural alterations, upgraded services, and the integration of contemporary office layouts to enhance workflow and collaboration.
Our role covered all stages of the project—from initial design and planning through to construction oversight and final certification. Key elements included improved lighting and ventilation, enhanced fire safety measures, and full compliance with current building regulations and accessibility standards.
The result is a high-quality, future-proofed office space that supports productivity, reflects a modern corporate identity, and meets the evolving needs of its users.
